The property is a beautifully newly built Villa offering 2 comfortable modern bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms fitted with a rain shower. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. Shampoo, conditioner and towels are all included in your stay. Swimming pool maintenance is also included. The living area comes fully equipped with a 70 inch flat screen smart TV, Netflix and Youtube are available. The Villa has high-speed 5G fiberoptic internet making it ideally suited to mobile workers or people who need to work remotely while on holiday. The western style kitchen features a large fridge & freezer, 4 burner hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and full cooking and dining utensils. The kitchen and dining can easily cater for 4 people. The outdoor area is completely private and provides comfortable seating outside and inside the pool – you won’t fail to enjoy the romantic and peaceful setting that this property has to offer. The entire property is furnished to the highest quality for maximum comfort throughout. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Guests are only allowed to smoke outside the main house.

Villa Lepai is situated only a 5 minute walk away from the main road of Bangrak Beach. The Villa is located on a side street about 100 metres down a quiet street off the main road and close by the famously luxury "Chi Samui Resort" which is highly recommended to visit & use the amenities. PLEASE NOTE: Current rates for this Villa are priced at a 20% neighborhood development discount. Our neighbor across the road is building a luxury Villa, and just in case there's some disturbance or noise during daytime hours (8 am - 5 pm only), we're offering our Villa at a reduced rate. For those who are okay with this, it's a great time to enjoy our beautiful Villa at a great price! Within a few minutes walk you will find an abundance of restaurants, cafes, bars, convenience stores, and also the long stretch of beach that the Bangrak area has to offer which is perfect to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset. A private house for holiday makers is a rare find in this central location.

Our neighbor across the road is building a luxury Villa, and just in case there's some disturbance or noise during daytime hours (8 am - 5 pm only), we're offering our Villa at a reduced rate. For those who are okay with this, it's a great time to enjoy our beautiful Villa at a great price! PLEASE NOTE: The pool cleaner cleans the pool on a rotating schedule each week. The pool cleaner is very discreet and professional but so as to not disturb your stay as much as possible please note the cleaning takes place in the morning between 7:30am-9:30am and takes no more than 20 minutes. PLEASE NOTE: Electricity is charged at the standard government rate of 8 baht per unit. Some ask: "Why do you charge for electricity and cleaning?" Some home owners increase the nightly rate to cover these costs, but to keep the cost as low as possible for our guests, we keep it separate. We feel this makes it fair for everyone, as our guests pay the actual cost, nothing more. Please see the below for an estimate of the expected electricity cost, based on our past experience: ~Rarely use air conditioning; fans & lights only: approximately 75-100 THB per day. ~Mostly use only in the evenings and during the night in bedrooms 100-200 THB per day. ~Love the air con and use it regularly: 200+ THB per day PLEASE NOTE: Check-in is 3pm to allow enough time for a thorough clean of the Villa.
